Books selected by faculty members as assigned reading for their classes are shelved in the reserve section until the end of the semester. To ensure their availability to as many students as possible, they can be checked out for overnight use only, starting at 5:00 p.m. and are due the next school day at or before 9:00 a.m. Reserve books returned at 9:01 incur a fine of 5.00 php for the first hour and 1.00 php/per hour thereafter or equivalent to 13.00 php per day.
This section houses general reading materials in different fields and disciplines. Books may be borrowed for a maximum of three (3) days for the students and thirty (30) days for the faculty.
Books in the General Reference Section are selected to provide fast access to information as guides to study and research. These are meant to be consulted for specific information rather than for reading. This section consists of dictionaries, directories, encyclopedias, handbooks, almanacs, and atlases. General Reference materials are not on a loan basis and are to be read only in the general reference section.
This is composed of publications in regular and fixed intervals of time under a distinctive title in which the publisher intends to appear, without any anticipated cessation. It also contains information from newspapers, magazines, journals and pamphlets in all subject areas.

This is designed to properly control the security of library resources. Except for valuable items, attaché cases, bags, and big envelopes are deposited in the counter.
In this fast-paced and highly information-conscious world, the use of the Internet is deemed necessary, if not a priority. This is the section where retrieval of knowledge is done through the information superhighway.
This section houses the historical records of the school. These are primary source documents that have accumulated over the years. Likewise, this section cares for a collection of artifacts and other objects of scientific, artistic, or historical importance to the Olivarez family and makes them available for public viewing.
This is a technology room for the instructors. This provides access to equipment that supports the teaching process, including PowerPoint presentations symposium, and film showings.
This is a special reading area for students and faculty who want quiet time for reading in the library.

This section houses books written by Filipino authors and published in the Philippines in the vernacular or local dialects. It contains printed output that focuses on Filipino culture, beliefs, and history. Filipiniana materials are for room use only.
